Decoupaged Telephone

Hi friends,
Welcome to today's post where I have used one of the gorgeous Rice paper prints to decoupage my I looked around my craft room and realised that my telephone looked boring so just grabbed and gave it a little makeover. Its a fun project to do and I really love the final result.

I used this beautiful Stamperia Rice paper called - White roses and Lilac Butterflies and you can buy it at
To uplift my telephone I just wiped it properly so as to remove all the dust and separated its receiver from the base. I used some Mod Podge as my decoupage glue and it works wonderfully. There is a huge variety of Plaid products available at and you can choose whichever finish you like.

I painted the telephone with Home Decor Chalk paint and allowed it to dry completely. Then I glued the rice paper on top and coated it one more time with Mod Podge .Next I added some mulberry flowers and leaves to beautify the project. I also added a metal butterfly and few flat back pearls to finish the decoupaged project.

I hope you liked this different altered project which can be done very easily.

Cute Cards using Sunny Studios Stamps

Hi friends,
I love making cute cards and the new stamps by Sunny Studios are so so...adorable and I could stop myself from making cards!. I prefer using copic markers when it comes to colour tiny images like few in  these stamp sets. If you wish to get your hands on these cute stamps do visit and you can purchase them now.

So lets look at the pictures of the cards I created and I will also try to explain the process in brief.

Card #1
Dancing Ballerinas
For this card I stamped the three cute girls in one line and coloured them using copic markers. I added some glitter on the crown and dresses. Its a very cute card and would be easy to mass produce.

Card #2
Balloons with polka dots
For this card I stamped the second layer from the set thrice in shades of pink added the thread stamp with black ink. Also stamped the sentiment in black and to colour coordinate it used a thin washi tape.I added few polka dots using a jelly roll pen and added glitter to jazz it up.

Card #3
Animal Party
For this card I used a very unique stamp set by Sunny Studio. you can create your own animal character my mixing the body parts. I created a lil scene using a grass die and arranged the critters on top.

Card #4
Cute Hedgehogs
For this card I stamped the two adorable Hedgehogs and an envelope from the stamp set and coloured  them with copics. For the background I blended some Distress Oxides and added water splatters.

I had a lot of fun creating these cards and hope you will recreate them. All the supplies used are available at

Journal Page with Craftreat

Hello everyone... It's been a while since I posted in the Craft Shop Blog. So I created an art journal page using Craftreat products from the Craft Shop.

On a Bielo paper, gave a wash with Distress Oxide Squeezed Lemonade. With Craftreat 2 step Lattice Flower and Distress Oxide Fossilised Amber, added some interest to the background.

Die cut the image from Craftreat Angels Decoupage paper and added robes to the angels using Zig markers.

Adhered it to a Victorian Arch Die cut design distressed with Weathered Wood distress Ink.

Added layers with 49 and Market flowers and embellishments from Ideology Ephemera Emporium Pack. Final added the sentiment stamp, script stamp and the Bo Bunny Stitches stamp with Archival ink Coffee

 Here are few close ups.
